The Ferrari Amalfi: A Modern Grand Touring Vision

When the Ferrari Amalfi arrived in the summer of 2025 as the successor to the Ferrari Roma, a modern take on the Italian automaker’s grand touring formula came with it. The two-door coupe pairs modern design, sophistication, and twin-turbocharged power in a package that seamlessly delivers everyday composure and exhilarating performance.
Its name pays tribute to the Coast of Southern Italy, a destination known for elegance, natural beauty, and enduring appeal. Those qualities echo in the Amalfi’s own personality, where refinement gives way to unmistakable Ferrari performance.
A Distinct Expression of Ferrari Design
The Amalfi’s exterior is shaped around a sleek, monolithic speedform that brings each design element together with a strong sense of proportion and continuity. Clean lines, smooth contours, and a low, flowing profile give the Amalfi a commanding presence without relying on overly complex surfaces or dramatic transitions.

Up front, a metal-mesh grille is discreetly positioned between horizontal LED headlights and a body-color or carbon-fiber splitter, emphasizing the Amalfi’s wide, planted stance. Along the sides, flush-mounted door handles integrate neatly into the sculpted bodywork to preserve a clean, uninterrupted profile.
At the rear, a full-width LED light bar and horizontal layout reinforce the car’s visual width, while dual circular exhaust tips positioned on either side of the rear diffuser add a more assertive finishing touch.
Crafted for Engagement
Inside the Amalfi, Ferrari places equal emphasis on luxury, technology, and interaction. The dual-cockpit layout surrounds occupants with premium materials and thoughtfully integrated digital features, combining soft leather, carbon-fiber accents, and metal hardware throughout the cabin.
The driver faces a 15.6-inch digital instrument cluster displaying key vehicle information, while a low-mounted 10.25-inch central touchscreen hosts many of the central media and vehicle functions. An additional 8-inch passenger display is seamlessly blended into the dashboard, drawing the front-seat passenger further into the experience with access to performance data, navigation, and media controls.

The Amalfi also restores greater emphasis on physical controls. The majority of key systems are accessible through the center console and steering wheel, where traditional buttons and switches – including the unmistakable red aluminum start/stop button – add a degree of tacticality to an invigorating driving experience.
Power With Purpose
The foundation of the Amalfi’s formidable performance lies under the hood, where a 3.9-liter twin-turbocharged V8 generates 631 horsepower. An eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission channels that power to the rear wheels, launching the coupe from 0–62 mph in 3.3 seconds.
Ferrari’s brake-by-wire system works in conjunction with the ABS Evo anti-lock braking controller to interpret brake-pedal input and apply precisely measured pressure at each wheel, delivering immediate response and confident stopping power across a range of surfaces and conditions.

At the tail of the Amalfi, a mobile rear wing adds real-time aerodynamic adaptability. Responding to speed, acceleration, and lateral force, the rear wing automatically deploys into one of three positions – Low Drag (LD), Medium Downforce (MD), and High Downforce (HD) – continuously adjusting to achieve the optimal balance between outright speed and precise control.
Versatile by Nature
One of the Amalfi’s defining strengths is the ability to deliver a range of experiences from behind the wheel. It can settle comfortably into the rhythm of a refined grand tourer while exhilarating power remains close at hand.
The dual nature of the Amalfi is central to its appeal. Sophisticated cruiser at one moment, thrilling performer the next.
